This workshop was created by Ryan Bornemann (Fresh Leads Marketing) and Jordan Berry (Laundromat Resource), two industry professionals passionate about helping laundromat owners grow, simplify, and scale their businesses.

Between us, we've coached hundreds of laundromat owners, launched powerful marketing systems, and built automation tools that free up time and boost profits. But we saw a need for something different and wanted something deeper than an online course or a one-hour webinar.

We wanted to create an in-person, hands-on experience where a small group of like-minded owners could come together, get practical training, implement real strategies, and build lasting relationships with others in the industry.

Is the $5,000 fee per person?

Our pricing covers one laundry owner plus one guest (business partner, spouse, or manager).

Are flights & lodging included?

You will need to cover your own airfare and hotel costs but we provide a 25% discount at our partner hotel, The Twin Fin Hotel in Waikiki where our event will take place. Once you reserve a ticket for the event, we will send you a custom booking link with the discounted rates applied.

Do I need to bring a laptop?

Yes, many sessions are hands‑on. Free Wi‑Fi and power outlets are provided.

Can I bring additional family members?

Absolutely! They can enjoy our partner hotel rates and activity discounts (additional activity fees may apply).

Is this event beginner-friendly, or do I need to own multiple laundromats?

This workshop is perfect for both new and experienced owners. Whether you’re opening your first store or scaling to your fifth, you’ll walk away with custom strategies based on your current stage.

Can I attend without a guest?

Absolutely! The registration includes space for a guest, but you're welcome to attend solo

Is this tax-deductible?

What should I bring?

Bring your laptop, charger, and a readiness to build! We’ll provide notebooks, pens, and printed materials, but expect to get hands-on with digital tools and strategies. Aside from the business side of things, you will want to bring your Hawaii gear as well.....Swim Suits, Sunscreen, and Good Vibes!

Will I get to meet the speakers personally?

Yes, this is an intimate workshop, and you’ll have direct access to every speaker, both during sessions and at networking events.

What airport should I fly into?

You’ll fly into Honolulu International Airport (HNL). It’s about a 20–25 minute drive to Waikiki and the Twin Fin Hotel.

Are Activities Included?

For all attendees, we will be arranging some activities to enjoy after event days at no additional charge. If you would like to stay in Hawaii longer after the event, we will also be providing you with some additionally discounts on tours and activities to enjoy.
