The wallet pass is built and in final testing. We're onboarding Laundromat Growth Package clients in order โ€” tell us on your call if you want to be in the first group.

What's on the pass

A card that keeps itself current

A paper punch card goes stale the moment you print it. This one updates itself from your store data, in their pocket, for as long as they keep it.

Their card balance, live

The pass shows what's actually on their laundry card, refreshed from your Laundroworks system within minutes of their last wash โ€” not a number from last week.

Your current offer

The back of the pass carries one live offer and the promo code to redeem it at the kiosk. Change the offer and every pass in the market updates.

Lock-screen delivery

When the offer changes, the pass pushes a banner to their lock screen. No app open, no email opened, no ad budget spent to reach them.

English or Spanish

Each pass renders in the language that customer prefers โ€” set once, applied everywhere.

Quiet hours, enforced

Nothing goes out overnight, and no customer gets more than one nudge in a two-week window. The pass earns its place instead of getting deleted.

A churn signal you can act on

When someone removes the pass, we see it. That's an early warning you'd never get from an email list.

Why it matters

The only channel where reaching them again costs nothing

Once the pass is installed, every future offer is a free impression on a screen they check a hundred times a day.

The wallet pass doesn't replace email or SMS โ€” it works alongside them, off the same customer data, so the three aren't saying different things to the same person.

How it works

From a link to their lock screen

01

They get a link

It goes out with your welcome email, your review request, or a QR code at the counter. One tap, no app store, no account to create.

02

It picks the right wallet

iPhone gets an Apple Wallet pass, Android gets Google Wallet. The customer never has to know the difference.

03

It updates itself

Balance refreshes from your Laundroworks data. Offers change when you change them. Nothing for the customer to do, ever.

04

We watch what it does

Installs, offer redemptions and removals all land in your portal alongside the rest of your customer data.

Pass or app?

You get both, and they do different jobs

The wallet pass and the customer app share one customer record, so a person can hold both without you managing two lists.

"My customers won't bother installing another thing"

That's exactly why it's a wallet pass and not an app. There's no app store, no account to create, no password. They tap a link and it's saved โ€” the same two taps as adding a boarding pass or a concert ticket, something most people have already done without thinking about it.

The pass also has to earn its place, so it's built to be genuinely useful rather than promotional. It shows their card balance, which is the thing they actually want to know before they drive over. The offer is a bonus that rides along.

And we're deliberately conservative with the notifications: nothing overnight, and no more than one nudge every two weeks per customer. A pass people delete is worth nothing, so the system is designed to keep them rather than squeeze them.

Common questions

Mobile wallet pass questions

Is this an app my customers have to download?
โˆ’

No. It's a wallet pass โ€” the same kind of thing as a boarding pass, a concert ticket, or a store card. They tap a link, it saves into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and that's it. No app store, no account, no password.
